The Enneagram is a personality typology. It’s a little bit like one of the online tests to see what kind of Disney Princess you would be. Except it is much more sophisticated and actually helpful. Rather than merely describing your behaviours, the Enneagram helps you understand your underlying, internal motivators. The things that really float your boat.  Understanding what motivates us helps us gain insight into our habits and behaviors, making way for personal transformation, so we can explore the road less travelled.

As a certified IEQ9 practitioner, I use the Enneagram as a tool to help you understand yourself more deeply, to see yourself without judgement, and to cultivate empathy for self.
